For remedial work I use particular techniques to help the muscles return to a fit state either after an injury or strain.  We will work together to  tailor the therapy session to diagnose and treat the area causing pain and/or loss of range of movement.  This massage is great for any muscle strains, frozen shoulder, lumbar/thoracic pain, sciatica, whiplash, posture realignment etc.
